The Promising Indians Awards are India’s flagship awards for recognizing and rewarding the success stories of Indians and persons of Indian origin who are making a mark with their work worldwide. They have been proving their mettle but have never had the ‘home’ advantage. This December 12th 2020, witness our fourth such event where the expatriates shall come together on one platform in New Delhi to experience new interactions and ideas, discussions and networking on various subjects and explore various opportunities.
2020 Prima Donna: Women of Substance
The Promising Indian Society (PIS) celebrated International Women’s day through an event celebrating the achievements of women viz. “Prima Donna-Women of Substance” on Sunday, 8th March 2020 at CSOI, Vinay Marg, New Delhi. This event is a collaborative venture between PIS and DigiGaon, an initiative formed to empower rural women through digital platforms. It saw a gathering of eminent personalities from the government, Corporate and Financial sectors.
This social event was hosted by Prerna Singh, the young and dynamic Founder President of PIS to award 11 successful Indian women who have not only played a pivotal role in Indian economy but also opened up many opportunities for the society. These 11 exceptional Women Awardees are Archana Gulati (Niti Aayog), Sunita Sanghi (MSDE), Shivani Malik (Da Milano), Swati Rangachari (Sterlite Tech.), Ira Singhal (NDMC), Aparajita Prasad (MetaConnect), Manjushree Dayanand (FORE Society), Soni Sharma (Kalalyst Global), Leena Johri (Dept.
